Deborah Whitfield

Consultancy Manager

As consultancy manager, Deborah is responsible for the day-to-day running of Arcadian’s ecology services. Deborah has worked in conservation for 13 years and is an experienced project manager, delivering high profile and strategic projects. Deborah specialises in GIS and is passionate about both data analysis and nature conservation.

Sarah Jackson

Senior Ecologist MCIEEM

Sarah is a dedicated and experienced ecologist, qualified in protected species survey for great crested newts, dormice and bats (class licence level 2). Sarah has undertaken a wide range of species survey projects, and leads on survey and assessment projects for a range of clients including businesses, hospitals and universities.

Dr Ben Rushbrook

Senior Ecologist MCIEEM

Ben is a freshwater specialist  and leads on white-clawed crayfish and southern damselfly work in Hampshire. Ben’s research background and teaching skills enable him to provide expert advice and training to landowners and managers. Ben is also responsible for managing Arcadian’s Ecology and Research laboratory (EaRL).
